Steel platform

Typically, a two- or three-story fully prefabricated steel structure platform is constructed on the existing workshop (warehouse) site, transforming the usable space from a single story to two or three stories, thereby maximizing space utilization. Goods are transported to the second or third floor via forklifts or cargo elevators, and then moved to designated locations using carts or hydraulic pallet trucks.

This type of platform offers fast construction, moderate costs, ease of installation and disassembly, and the ability to be relocated. It is safe and reliable, with a modern and attractive design. The column spacing for such platforms typically ranges from 3 to 5 meters, with floor heights customized to specific requirements. Floor panels are usually made of cold-rolled steel plates, patterned steel plate gratings, etc., with a floor load capacity typically within 1,000 kg per square meter. This system is widely used in industries such as logistics and mechanical manufacturing.
