Corrosion starts at the surface, so we treat every vent in five stages:

1. Degreasing - oil and dust removed from the steel coil before forming.

2. Phosphating - a conversion coating locks the surface for maximum paint adhesion.

3. Electrostatic powder coating - even coverage on edges and inside the collar, not just the visible face.

4. Baking & curing - the coating is cured in a controlled oven to reach its full hardness.

5. Piece-by-piece inspection - coating thickness and color are checked before packing.
