Precision-extruded 6063-T5 aluminum alloy frame, rigid, light and corrosion-resistant for years of continuous HVAC service.
Radial adjustable swirl vanes create high room-air induction, mixing cold supply air before it reaches occupants and eliminating drafts.
Both square panel and round face versions available, compatible with standard 600×600 T-bar ceilings and screw-mounted exposed ceilings.
White RAL9016 polyester powder coat as standard; custom RAL colors, metallic finishes and logo branding supported.
Removable inner swirl core for fast duct connection, damper adjustment and cleaning; plenum box and opposed blade damper optional.

Product Details

Our aluminum swirl diffuser is a ceiling-mounted HVAC terminal engineered for modern commercial air distribution. Its defining feature is the set of radial swirl vanes at the center of the panel, which rotate the supply air into a wide horizontal vortex. This vortex entrains several times its own volume of room air, so cold or warm supply air mixes thoroughly before descending, giving occupants stable, draft-free comfort.

The diffuser body is extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, precision cut, degreased and oven-cured with a durable white polyester powder coat. The square panel version sits flush in standard suspended T-bar ceilings, while the round face version brings a decorative circular pattern to exposed concrete ceilings, lobbies and feature spaces.
